Our Hospitality, Travel and Tourism team provides legal counsel and advice in the following areas:

We have assembled a Hospitality, Travel and Tourism team designed specifically to address the unique needs of owners and operators in the hospitality, travel and tourism industries. The Foster Garvey team comprises key attorneys from each of our core practice areas, including real estate, corporate and business, labor and employment, bankruptcy, and litigation. More importantly, beyond the legal skills that each team member offers, each brings significant hands-on industry experience. Whether as a former in-house counsel with one of the largest hotel and resort owner/operators in the world or as lead development counsel for the largest mixed-use resort development in Washington state history, each team member’s industry experience allows him or her to leverage the skills and experience of all of Foster Garvey's lawyers to collectively provide our clients with the best possible legal service.
